Our Story
Doug Biggs is a Managing Partner and Founder of Longo Biggs Injury Law. Doug's practice is
entirely focused on representing injured clients due to other's negligence. He has a passion for
representing injured clients because he understands that pain can disrupt lives in ways that are
unimaginable. Successfully obtaining fair compensation for injured victims isthe only way to
reconcile that disruption withthe negligence that caused it. Doug prioritizes trial advacacy to

Experience & Approach
Doug's experience as lead counsel on injury cases and worker's compensation cases has led to
millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. He maximizes compensation to his clients with
relentless advocacy and by refusing to entertain disingenuous negotiations and lowball offers from
insurance companies. His belief is that trial is the ultimate equalizer and that every client needs to
be prepared to go to trial, Doug maintains a client first approach by vigorously fighting for their
best interest but also communicating with them on a personal level, allowing his clients to make
the decisions which best suit their case.

Education
Doug received his law degree from St, Louis University School of Law, where he received
‘concentrations in civil ligation and taxation. Doug attended Missouri Valley College for his
undergraduate degree where he was a 4-year member of the men's basketball team.
Personal Life
In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife Dawn and their two dogs, Ghost and
Shadow. When not in the office or with family, Doug can likely be found at he driving range or the
golf course.
